Tim

Tim Rose is the managing attorney for Rose Legal, which focuses solely on workers’ compensation claims. With over ten years of experience in the field, he understands that the person who has been hurt at work is in a vulnerable place, and strives to help the injured worker receive the rightful benefits offered through the workers’ compensation act in Utah. Having been an injured worker himself, Tim Rose has the empathy necessary to guide clients through the workers’ comp process, and at Rose Legal he has succeeded in recovering millions of dollars for his clients.
Mariam

Mariam is an associate attorney at Rose Legal, where she is committed to client-centered advocacy and supporting individuals through emotionally complex disputes. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and received her Bachelor’s Degree in social work from Brigham Young University.
Mariam is experienced in workers’ compensation claims, having served as an intern for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in their Labor Department. There she observed mediations and depositions, evaluated upcoming treasury requests, and prepared memoranda for the Treasurer’s approval. She has also worked as a law clerk for Gonzaga Law School’s Immigration Clinic, and was an intern for Pacific Northwest Family Law. In Washington she researched and analyzed family law issues, prepared pleadings and motions, and collaborated with senior attorneys and paralegals.
Lindsy

Lindsy has a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. She loves dedicating her time to learning new things and helping others. She plans to continue doing this throughout her law career. Most recently, she has prepared for this career while working closely with trauma victims and older adults. In her free time, she enjoys writing, exercising, nail art, and spending time with loved ones.
Jacie

Jacie studied English at Utah Valley University, where she refined her love for reading, writing, and analyzing literature. She comes from a background in nonprofit work and is passionate about helping her community and making a positive impact. Jacie is excited to contribute to the team and assist clients with dedication and care. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, attending book club, and spending time with her niece and nephews.
Melanie

Melanie has worked with children, including special needs children, through daycares, preschools, and many positions in the school system—as a teacher’s assistant, secretary in the school office, Early Reading Intervention for Kindergarten, and substitute teacher. She enjoys being a secretary helping injured workers. In her spare time, she loves to work in the garden, sew, make crafts, and spend time with family and friends.
